as many of you know we are a bit on the eclectic side of the spectrum when it comes to our beer.  while most folks relish in being able to nail down a specific style of beer, well that just doesn't cut it for us.  so if you ever ask "what kind of beer is this?" and you don't really get an answer...you'll understand.
